Artist Liaison

Also known as Artistic Personnel Manager, Artistic Administrator, Artist Services

The Artist Liaison is responsible for processing logistics related to musicians, guest artists, or conductors and assisting them when on-site.

The Artist Liaison is responsible for ensuring artists have what they need to perform at the highest possible level. They take care of all logistics related to the guest artist(s) before, during, and after the event in coordination with the Artistic Planning Team . They coordinate the artist’s event schedules and serve as the on-site contact. They manage all materials and documents related to the artist’s performance engagement and attend event production meetings to ensure that they can anticipate artists’ needs for rehearsals, concerts, and special events. 

The Artist Liaison works with the Artistic Director and with the Production Managers to communicate and coordinate any matters dealing with Artist Hospitality, like any special needs and requests of the artists. Aside from helping ensure that the artists can perform at their peak, the Artist Liaison’s job ensures that artists have the best possible experience and enjoy themselves.
