Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinators are responsible for all matters related to employees in an organization.
Working in the department of Human Resources involves overseeing things related to the management and development of employees in an organization. This includes everything from new employee onboarding to exit interviews, when an employee’s term at the organization comes to an end. Human Resources Coordinators manage job recruitment, selection, and training of staff. They manage compensation and benefits programs, as well as employee relations, which may include settling conflicts between employees or between employees and their managers.
Within record labels, the division of Artist & Repertoire (A&R) responsible for talent scouting and development of artists; A&R Representatives work closely with artists, acting as an advisor and liaison to the record label.
Working in Human Resources involves creating a positive work environment for all in the company. Human resources helps employees understand how their efforts connect and align with the organization’s purpose.
